Journal Assignment

Design a progress test for a class of pre-intermediate adult learners. Don’t forget to test grammar and vocabulary as well as all four skills. Consider using indirect discrete item testing for the ‘language’ sections, and direct testing for the skills sections. Design a band descriptor system (possibly based on one of the Cambridge exams) that would help you to evaluate the students’ speaking and writing skills.
