Self-Assessment: Competence and Confidence Topic – 2

This self-assessment tool will allow educators to reflect on their competence and confidence in their practice, which will in turn promote growth and improvement.

Educators may consider completing the Educator Self-Assessment: Confidence and Competence tool annually and discussing the results with coordinators.  This method allows for professional growth to be captured and measured.

Upon completion of the Educator Self-Assessment: Confidence and Competence tool, educators will be provided with an assessment score of their level of competence and confidence in relation to keeping children safe. This may be downloaded and printed as a report.
